1Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to CompanionX. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CompanionX mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

CompanionX is a platonic social companionship platform that connects users seeking social company ("Users") with verified companions ("Companions") for non-sexual, non-romantic shared activities.

2Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be barred from receiving services under applicable Indian law.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

3Account Registration

You must register using your Indian mobile number via OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. We conduct identity verification (KYC) which may include selfie verification and government ID upload ([Aadhaar Redacted]).

4Strict Non-Sexual Policy

CompanionX is STRICTLY a platonic platform.

Any sexual, romantic, or intimate services are EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

  • No soliciting sexual or intimate services.
  • No exchanging contact info (phone/social media) in chat.
  • No meeting with any intention other than the booked purpose.

5Booking and Payment

Bookings range from 1-4 hours. A platform fee of 20% is added to the base rate. Payments are handled via Razorpay. Funds are held securely until the handshake OTP verifies the session completion.

6Safety and Emergency

Handshake OTP

In-person 4-digit code to confirm both parties are present and consenting.

Safety SOS

Ends session immediately and alerts support during active emergencies.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in S.A.S. Nagar, Punjab.
